sigils i can explain the soul stone since i use cyclic in EVERY mod pack i make so the way you use it is by putting it in the off hand not in ur main hand or your inventoy. hope this helps you :)

If your struggling with emc, make octuple compressed cobblestone, or octuple compressed sugar cane, the sugar cane gives a lot more than the cobblestone, it takes a lot of grinding though, its just a matter of making the different stages of cobble or sugar cane. the cobble gives around 43 million emc per stack and the sugar cane gives 1.2 billion per stack, i would go with the sugar cane, but it is A LOT harder.
