Amazing person! I couldn't never have done what he did in the shape that he was in. I can barely get out of bed during a flu let alone run across half the length of Canada.

If you're there for one day, you get whatever it is for weather. The fall can be rainy in most of the country, but for sure on the east coast of Nfld it's more common than not to be dreary or rainy. Still, it's by far my favorite city to visit and I do as often as I can.

Very true! I never 'choose' to be there for a day, or anything, otherwise I'd plan for the weather. Generally speaking, these short one-day videos are flight layovers, or 'buffers' between flight itineraries (in this case, connecting from St. Pierre & Miquelon to Halifax, Nova Scotia, with a buffer day in between. I'd love to head back to Newfoundland in the summertime to experience it at its best! I visited St. John's in July 2016 as well, and loved the nice weather!

Cabot Tower was the site of the first transatlantic wireless transmission, Marconi, not Alexander Graham Bell.

Rain soaked day? You mean every day in Newfoundland?
