For raised beds, I used 2x2x? and cedar picket fence post just cut the ears off. I used 9 pickets, 6 full length the other three I cut in half.

I had my septic bed replaced two years ago. It’s in the prime location for growing. There was no other location for the septic system. I have no more room to expand where my current garden is. Taking your suggestion from one of your vids, utilize your space. Going to create a second garden this spring and use rainwater catchment from the barn roof as a water supply. I can understand how you feel.
