I love watching these old computer programmes. RIP Ian McNaught-Davis, a great presenter and very smart guy. BTW they are available in somewhat better quality on the BBC computer literacy project website.

I remember watching this series when it was originally aired. I had a Sinclair ZX-81 at the time, but did eventually manage to afford a BBC Micro model B and a proper monitor. It's great to watch these programmes again. Thanks for uploading.

I was a kid during the 80s. These old computers look primitive now. At the time tho this was exciting and new. My kids have grown up in a digital world, they don't know any different. My first computer was a Spectrum 48k. It was amazing at the time. I remember watching this tv show after school. And we used them BBC Micros at school. I had loads of games on tape, until I got a floppy drive. There was NO Internet LOL

1983, when Texas Instruments sold for $50.00, Christmas. 16 K Color, I learned BASIC Prorgramming on it, reviewed my typing and played "The Attack", "Frogger" and "Parsec!" It was set up to a color tv. A lot of reference books for it. Great times!
