Hi Benji... Love your videos... Amazed to see your passion for coffee... I'm curious have you tried south indian filter coffee? If not, you must must try it and we use a different kind of device called a coffee filter ... Traditionally made of brass and nowadays in stainless steel.. hope you can try it sometime
