Radiant runes are in the season pass thing as well... so paywalled kinda. Wish there were more then 1 rune of return in the season pass though. rerolling back 1 level on a sword is quite usefull

Once you get the 3 or 4 same color. Stop after one failed colour. You can re roll that stone up to 3 times. With he rune of return once you get to lv 100 battle pass. Don't waste a 4 or 5 sword.

You don't get rune of return at lvl 100 unless you get battle pass. And it's only 1 and can be used once.

​@@andreyfrench5609 you were right about we could only get 100 Runes of return by Battle Pass (pay items), but each sword could be used 3 times, I copied from NM forum for your reading: * Only Swords that have been enchanted to +2 or higher can be reverted. * Awakened Swords cannot be reverted. * A Sword can be reverted for a maximum of three times. ☹🍺

You can get a rune of return at the end pf the battle pass if you bought it. Radiant runes can be randomly obtained in the seasonal reset depending on your league.

I am pretty sure you get radiant runes and revert runes from the battle pass. Also, I expect runes of revert to undo the last crafted element of a sword, since there is a usage limit on every sword of 3

You only get a revert rune from the final stage of the battle pass don’t think that one is premium, but yeah the radiant tunes are from the premium pass and it’s rng which you get

I remember when I got a pack of Carbonadium by spending the tokens I got in "Otherworld Battle". I spent it trying to level up one of the character gear slots for Iron Man. It took the entire payout and extra from a round against Mephisto to get a single gear up by 1 level.

Nice. I basically came up with the same system. I roll the color I want and hope I can get two, then three of the same. Then on the four I will use the color runes I gathered. There is no other way to go over rng other than some incredible luck. Its another system that sucks. From what I learned in next 2 years they will introduce another 1 or 2 systems with almost pure rng that is significant bump to the stats, or T5 or some other stuff that will be too much and too many players will go away from the game as it will start to die off. I hope Im wrong, but MFF has a bad rep of going into rng too hard and players learned to accept it, like with premium cards or CTPs reforging, which is still really bad system based solely on LUCK and gambling really tough to get materials. They do more and more of it and we stopped boycotting a while ago which was a mistake tbh. We allowed too much rng to be put into game with a smile, but it will mean in the long run that this game wont have as long legs as it could have.

Hi great video ! Have you experienced some effects not working from the swords ? i have one with 10% increase damage to pure evil ennemies but it doesn't show up when i press the red buff next to the character in battle. but some effects are shown like the ones with 1% damage dealt to aliens for example. Or anyone facing this problem maybe ?

Radiant runes are in those golden chests in battle pass premium (or paywall as you wish to say). So that's kinda bad, but we can hope that they change it soon enough.

For now, I focused on the energy and physical attack got two swords with 3 each and equipped those Then I went 50-50 on the instinct attack and pierce reduction with 4 and 3 respectively Now I’m just doing the same thing as you and building up the “perfect” sword sets

You can also click on a saved sword, hit change option then lock your preffered colors for crystals and reroll just like a premium card.

i mad a sword with one of each stones. but you are rigth that rng is bad. the should add three more sword that if you have a sowrd with equal number of stone(blue+red,green+yellow,orange+purple) you get a small change of the new sword that give you all attack, all defense or add pierce.

I don't know why but I feel like my account got weaker after this swords update. Either that or they buffed everything with extra defense and HP. Content I was doing easily before this update suddenly became harder. I didn't change anything, doing the same WB at the same levels but now it really feels like my toons just got weaker.

I totally get the logic BUT what if you get say 2 reds, then a green, you would trash it, but what if you carried on and the next 2 are red. You then have 4 red and 1 green. So my question is, is this still a bad sword? And can’t we change that 1 green later one by rerolling/revert?

"It's not difficult" I'm lucky if I can get even 3 of the same colour, in fact it's been super rare for me and I've never gotten four of the same. As for my strategy, pretty much from the first day, I trash my swords after the 2nd or 3rd colour, I don't bother with a forth roll unless I already have two of the same. colour.

i'm so torn on the t4 mats. they are tempting, but i know i can get them over time, guaranteed, no questions.. where as buying a ctp every month and a half or so, i think it's pretty worth it considering how hard it is to get them. and then we also get that monthly log in ctp as well. as a free to play i'm desprate for more ctps and this new mode really helps me out.

As someone who is colorblind, this is the most annoying content in the game. I generally have no idea how many of each color i have until i awaken the sword. Ive thought i have 5 green, and theres only 2. Its red/green/yellow/orange or blue/purple to me.
