Baeksundaebokkeum (Stir-fried blood sausages)
[Ingredients]
400g sundae
1/2 (100g) onion
1 stalk (150g) green onion
1/2 (50g) king oyster mushroom
1/6 (30g) carrot
10 cloves (40g) garlic
1/6 (80g) cabbage
10 sheets (20g) perilla leaves
3 (30g) Cheongyang peppers
1/4 cup (30g) perilla oil
1/4 cup (30g) cooking oil
1/2 tbsp (5g) sugar
1/2 tbsp (5g) salt
1&1/2 tbsp (15g) perilla powder
50g soaked glass noodles
Pepper
Sesame seeds
Water
[Ingredients for sauce]
4 tbsp (40g) red pepper paste with vinegar
1 tbsp (10g) minced garlic
1&1/2 tbsp (15g) perilla powder
1 tbsp (7g) perilla oil
2 tbsp (20g) water
2/3 tbsp (10g) soybean paste
[Directions]
1. Soak glass noodles in cold water beforehand.
2. Slice the green onion in half and cut into 5cm, and cut the onion in thick pieces.
3. Slice the oyster mushroom and carrot in half and slice thinly, and cut the cabbage into bite sizes.
4. Cut Cheongyang pepper and garlic into large pieces.
Cut the perilla leaves into thick slices and untangle.
5. Cut sundae in thick slices.
