Hi, i have a forbidden 401 error: you do not have sufficient privileges to perform that action they said when i move to utility provisional. Even in training mode, how can i fix that?

MJ did a great job! Let me ask this: How do i become a 'Registered Use'? Also, how is that related to 'Customer No.'? I don't know if anyone from the USPTO is monitoring this link...but just a shot in the dark...Thanks.

I went into the training mode and uploaded my test document (the PDF just like you did) and it uploaded just fine. I clicked continue and got a message at the top asking if the Preliminary Amendment in DOCX format being filed. The next is a question. What other documents, when I do my "real" PCT app, would I need as I am submitting my patent into PCT trying to get the international patent application started using the PCT process.

401 error...Only way to get around it is to use the free "TOR Browser" by the Tor Project or VPN. USPTO does not allow filing guest applications out of the US. This is usually done by a patent lawyer in US aka representative.

Got an error in non training mode for Utility provisional it wanted my state and city but not the street address for a second address that doesn't exist. It let me past it once I put in a state and city.

You send them your info and they mail you it in like a few months.. takes forever.
