What’s good big bruh I got a question how do you deal with so if you show up early they ding you and if you show up about 20 minutes early and they got that long ass line then you make it to the guard shack late from waiting so you get dinged again I just don’t understand how you can win with them I hate dealing with Amazon bull

If you receive a performance hit due to a long line at the guardshack you should be able to report it in the app as a guardshack delay & it not affect your score. This is supposed to hold true as long as you arrive within 30 mitochondrial your SAT

Bro Amazon just screwed me over.. My insurance renewed on the 20th and everything was good to go on my side but outta nowhere Amazon said I had no insurance on file and rejected my route and suspended me until I uploaded proper documentation.. which I already did BEFORE my renewal. I was never not in compliance, and their system totally screwed me over, had to dispute everything and they unsuspended me after 2 days but won’t remove that rejection due to “ carrier not meeting insurance requirements “ even though I had everything in order ahead of time… So I got my load board back but that rejection brought me down to a 86 for NO REASON! Shits crazy. Justin is lookin into it and hopefully getting it fixed but I won’t know until Tuesday.

Insurance renewal glitches cause a lot of unnecessary rejections. Twice I’ve renewed my insurance more than a week in advance but still had my load board suspended for a day or so until I contacted RMIS. They have to update your certificate of insurance 24 to 48hrs before your expiration date. If it’s not updated in their system you’ll have your load board access revoked & any subsequent rejections. I renewed my insurance & immediately contacted RMIS each day until it showed renewed in their system this time & had no issues.

Yeah I got 1 rejection removed but not the other one even tho it was the same reason.. Seems like this happens to everyone at some point. Now I know for next year renewal !!

@@FTSLLC444Yea it happens to a bunch of carriers at their renewal. One year I knew was good still got my load board suspended. Luckily I never had a load booked when it happened but it’s still frustrating.
