Ingredients:
200g low protein flour/cake flour
120g golden syrup (refer golden syrup recipe)
60g cooking oil
2 tsp lye water/alkaline water
Egg Wash:
1 egg yolk + 1 Tbsp. water
Note: tsp. = teaspoon and Tbsp. = tablespoon
