Your comment made me think of a creation called The Quilt of Belonging, by a Canadian textile artist. She designed a 120 foot long quilt based on the Canadian flag. It was made up of 263 squares, one for every native Canadian tribe & each country in the world. At the time of creation, Canada had someone from every country living here. It's an absolutely stunning piece aside from what it symbolizes. There are several videos on YT that i highly recommend checking out.

People begg and risk their lives even today to come here because of what is going on in their country. Other than the comments, I am not sure why you chose my countries flag, but as an American... I am greatful you did. We have been through si much in the past few months, and despite all the bad... I am super we will come out to be a better civilized country in the end. I love my country, but highly respect other countries as well. I visiyed Japan in 2018. Given the history of our two countries... and being there to try to overly love on anime... The people were so kind, the food was so great, nd the landscape was so breath taking to me.
