This is one of the first few channels I subscribed when I started my journey into free and open source software. I knew that you went through some serious healing phase in your life. I thought open source or linux may not be in your priority list anymore. I really wish you to deliver more great content to the community.

As a (somewhat) long-time subscriber to your KZbin channel, I just have to say this: never apologize for not posting every day of every week of every month, etc., etc. In this crazy age of social media, sometimes people forget that KZbinrs have a real life outside their channels. You're not making the mistake of over-exposure that too many KZbinrs have made. That leads to burn-out and many of them are gone. Don't let that happen to you. Your dedication to open-source software in an age of proprietary dominance "...coff..coff..Apple..coff...coff :D" is sorely needed. Keep on being you.

I really appreciate that - most of my audience are lovely but there are a VOCAL minority that feel entitled to KZbinr content. I have a chronic illness that forced me to pay attention to my health so I guess not posting on YT ended up being a result of being forced to tend to self-care... and ended up being, good in the end? :)

[ TL;DR ] I'm sorry but I think I may have moved on from being so passionate about linux while you where gone, and so I probably won't be so active on your channel anymore. I'm the only native Linux user I know of so I feel obliged to give you another shot... I just let you and my passion for sharing my Linux knowledge kinda fade off about 5ish years ago and for no identifiable reason feel burnt out on it... maybe it's because my passion has changed and evolved so many times that it's no longer connected ... I like girls, so I learned about computers to be able to connect to the girls, Linux was my only financially viable option for me for an OS and I got hooked, that lead to programming, that lead to web-development, that lead to owning a business, that lead to having a Taekwondo School as a client, that lead to specializing in martial arts school websites, that lead to joining a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) class, and that is my current passion ... It took a long trip, but I finally got a girl too... met her in BJJ class. (There was a few in the middle, including the mother of my children) So my passion went from girls to Linux to martial arts and finally back to girls or one particular girl anyways... now to bring it back to Linux so suddenly after such a long journey that drifted away from it, feels a bit off, but I'll watch your vid and see if it stirs up anything inside me again. Don't get me wrong, I still use Linux for everything, still don't know how to use an Apple or Windows box to save my life, I can use Android just fine, but am lost tring to use ChromiumOS too. But now I'm just an end-user for Linux similar to windows users... that's been the state of things for about a year now. I work bike messaging, do BJJ, and love up on my girlfriend ... that's my life now... I guess I'm saying is: I'm sorry but I think I may have moved on while you where gone and so I probably won't be so active on your channel anymore, but we'll see.
