This will likely be my last video this month as I will be taking a little break to focus on a ton of other things I have going on in the background. You'll see what they are soon! The twins are two exceptional mutants. I think Myrtle is very sad to be so manipulated by Manny. And those faces😮. Those noses are a very prominent feature of the faces. They are phenomenal. I really like them. And I love the colors of their clothes. Great job!😂❤

So there is now canonically two (technically three) mutants that have made a deal with the entity. The ice cream man who did it out of obsession and Manny (and Myrtle as a collateral) out of desire for power. And others were targeted by the entity or created from the entity, like the mother. I kinda figured you cannot become a guide if you accept the deal, because the guides are targeted by the entity but are too pure to become mutants. But are there other ways one might become a mutant. We have the Faustian deal, attack and pure creation out of darkness. And obviously anti-mutants who are spawn to balance the universe.

Oh, if I remember correctly there was part of the lore that mother can also spawn mutants, but there hasn't been one that has credited to have come from mother. And there was also the ice cream man's sister who was turned into a mutant out of punishment. So you might be punished, and have to pay your debt so to speak as a mutant. Edit: the mother couldn't spawn mutants, but demons to roam the hidden world. My mistake.

I just started the video and already feel so bad for them. Manny and Myrtle could have worked with the strength of each other to help each other, but they worked together to bring destruction and pain. And eventually ended up as mutants, rather than guides.

I really don’t. I think it’s much more impactful if it’s left to our imagination, because then it’s everything terrible we collectively could conceive of. Physically creating it would diminish its power in our minds.

If I were to make one suggestion on this one, Manny needs a pair of really thick coke-bottle glasses, either perched on his head or at the end of his nose, showing he is deep down a "nerd" with a chip on his shoulder, abusing his sister's strength for his own power fantasy.

might be one of my favorites!! besides the usual greatness of silhouette and impression the backstory feels much more scaries (its also just really good). i also love the way physical strenght is shown through big gut and overall fat tissue. may not be Intentional but still nice the contrast between goofiness of the visual and grimness of the backstory also works very well and the girl being the one to be bulky and strong is good but of variety. awesome one overall

Fertility sculpture 😂 yeah, I can 100% relate from when I was pregnant almost 11 years ago 😂 by the end, I was so over it lol she was born August 15th and that summer felt like the hottest summer we've ever had. We were told we couldn't have children due to my health problems, but I had surgery and sure enough, I was pregnant 6 months later. So it was worth looking like your fertility sculpture 😂

When they were young, they had been teased. Myrtle didn't let this bother her. Manny on the other hand reacted with poisonous hatred. So with this power Manny is taking out his anger on the world and telling himself that he is doing this for Myrtle too.

As soon as i had the thought, 'Myrtle probably has special needs', my heart broke for the character. It explains the childrens clothes and the bullying for her 'dimwitt'. Unfortunately its so easy for a trusted loved one to manipulate special needs people, and when they are adults, it makes it 10 times worse because there is not as much help around for them if they need it. I need a myrtle redemption arc. My poor girl 😭😭😭

I think these came out great, but if you'll allow me to add a couple of critiques. The first would be that I think you missed a perfect chance to use the tropes of dumb and smart by making their upper heads bigger and smaller. Myrtle could have had a cone shaped head with the point being at the top and Manny would have had a revered cone showering that his brain is much larger now. It would have shown the mutations off a bit more. Second, I think Manny was way too big. Your story is depicted him as being small and weak. I think a perfect example of this would be in the old 80s Thundercats cartoon with the two characters named Luna and Amok. They are pretty much what your idea for these mutants are. Aside from Manny's face, he looks like a normal kid. Other than these 2 things, I think it's a great idea and they do really look cool.

Can you give some tips? I'm a beginner and have all the tools. I just have a question on the baking part. When you make a head or body part and bake to make the clay harden how long and at what temperature do you bake the clay? Just the first stage baking so I can add more things like hair and clothes after the clay is hard enough. I am using super sculpey btw

I feel so bad for Myrtle. What Manny is doing is essentially manipulating his sister who has intellectual disability, selling her soul to gain something for himself. And unfortunately it is way too real. Using people with mental and intellectual disabilities is way too common in the real world, now its seeping into the hidden world. Atleast before all the bad thats happening was supernatural bad. Like Voldemort is a heinous dude, but hes bad in an abstract way. Umbridge is bad in a relatable way.

The only thing is Manny could be a little smaller, and maybe making his forehead larger. When you described them after meeting the entity i was imagining him being like a shrimpy little thing with barely functioning lower limbs with a big head, while her being huge and the polar opposite of him. But other than that i like them.
