I cant believe your skills at eyeballing things. You make round things with flat machines, and when you mill off the sides of the blade in complex curves with just a belt sander, my mind is blown.

Saftyrequirements includet. after that time, they' ve got to improof if they're able to do the Job, or not. Wearing Gloves while working on a Bandsaw, or rotating machines, is an absolutet Satfety No Go ! ;)

@@SLAVIKTELY Mine fits nicely on top of my tool box. It's small, 8 x 14 Lathemaster. You can Google it. They don't make my brand anymore, but there are plenty of small quality lathes out there. The Lathemaster was one step up from a true mini-lathe. Still a Chinese import, but slightly bigger and higher quality, and from looking at this video, it would be the perfect size for you. @@SLAVIKTELY I guess you are right, there are mini lathes that can handle 1.5" work, but they are still actually big and would take a lot of space. Not to mention crazy expensive. I was just trying to be helpful, as I see a lot of other people in here. Just finished watching part 4 and the knife turned out great :)
