Making Vietnamese Rice Noodle "Cup Noodle" in 25 Minutes (featuring Chung Jung One)

I made beef flavored Chung Jung One Vietnamese Rice Noodle with a slight upgrade. This video was taken just before going to the U.S. I've been a little busy so I'm just uploading it now. For this video I used the new Panasonic GH5, Canon 80D and Sony RX100. The tripod for Sony RX100 is a Manfrotto PIXI. Since the audio was recorded nicely with this video, I am not adding subtitles, and not because it's 5:26 am now.

Thanks for putting Vietnamese Pho Noodle into your menu. Good to see how much you like it as you've tried it in the US. We usually eat Pho for breakfast or lunch or dinner. Especially when getting a sick or after a drunk, eating Pho feel very fresh. Black soybean sauce, chili sauce (sriracha) and some more kinds of vegetables are used for Pho in the Southern of Vietnam (Saigon) while only chili sauce (& without vegetables) is used for Pho in the Northern of Vietnam (Hanoi). Unlike Ramien, Rice Noodles do need to soak in very hot water for approximately 20 minutes or a bit longer. Otherwise, it tastes raw and a little tough to chew. Thanks you for the entertainment. It's a respite from so many worries during this pandemic. Stay well.

사실 맛있음의 기준은 기억인거 같아요. 평양공연때 먹은 평양냉면, 베트남 여행때 먹은 쌀국수, 엄마가 해준 된장찌게 등등. 막상 먹을땐 별루였어도 나중에 찾아먹고 만들어 먹고싶은 맛의 기억이죠. 미슐랭 레스토랑에서 안친한 메뉴의 맛의 기준점을 찾는것도 기억인거 같구요. 고수 역시 없으면 그때 맛이 안나서 첨엔 싫었는데 찾게 되었어요~
