Use a bit of foam in the bottom of the car seat so the baby is in a more laid back position rather than a sitting position. I have a 14" preemie and I find that helps to keep her laying flat ish in the head support.

Use the infant carrier because for him to look proper you need the pram /bed insert used for the smaller babies that can’t sit up on their own yet. Especially for a premie who is much smaller than a full term baby.

I remember trying to support my youngest son in his car seat, I had to put a tea towel between his head and the support- of course that didn’t last very long- now he’s 6ft 3 ins and weighs 23 stone!

Hey if that's the Graco modes you can fully recline the seat flat lift the foot rest up and attach the flaps under the footrest and make a carry cot look and put a toy on the hood as I though he looked cosy in the pram part. X

Slice open the back of that insert near the seam/stitching and fill it with lots of fluff then just whip stitch it closed or use steam a seam tape to iron it closed.

Going to start my collection soon. Looking at Pack-n-Play's now as well as Swings and a Stroller Travel System. Found a Stroller System that is about $250.00 and another that is almost $300.00 so making a decision now. The Pack-n-Play is about $200.00 or just a bit over. Waiting for sales for things to go on sale to purchase them. I have the crib from my youngest child birth 19 years ago. Need to buy a new mattress I think as well as a new Dresser with Changing Table/Top and matching Chest. Found clothes on Amazon, Carters, Wal-Mart, J.C.Penneys, T.J.Maxx and Marshall's too. Looking on Buy Buy Baby and Burlington's Baby Depot for things too. So, I would love to get in touch with you about how you really set up your nursery and about making Reborn's that are Boy/Girl Twins and a Single Girl.

Preemies get cold really easy. So having them bundled a little warmer where there is a/c wouldn’t make it look Off would it??? I remember when my cousin’s son was a tiny tiny preemie and he had to be bundled all the time

Jamie-Lee Donnelly there are many uses. Some people have lost a baby and these are originally for moms who have had miscarriages. But, there is a reborn community and people role play with them. Stephanie ( the one who made this video) takes them on outings and to one of the biggest reborn shows ever ( the rose doll show) I have a reborn and I try to take him out.

To look the most real you should use the one that came with the seat! Nothing after market is aloud with a real child. They shouldn’t be on the market at all (taking classes to be a Car seat tec)

I am a newbie. I started watching videos about reborns because my granddaughter asked me for reborn last week. I ordered her a girl and a boy because that’s what she wanted, twins, but they were the inexpensive babies. I think now I am in the market for a nice silicone baby that actually looks like a baby instead of a doll but I don’t know who to trust. I see all these horrible box openings and it frightens me. I have not been watching long enough to know about Parker so I will search for that video. That baby is so darn cute but I don’t want a preemie for my granddaughter’s first reborn!
