On the Victorian Ornament, the bottom lacey doily you used is a Tatted doily. It's beautiful. I love Victorian. Wish I had a Victorian House to put these decorations on. Thanks for showing this decor.

When I clean my scissors with steel wool, I normally just swipe the wool over the edges of my scissors to sharpen mine. It’s not professional, but it works for the most part! 😂

You're on the right track. Victorians used a lot of decorations involving hand made laces, doilies, crochets, ribbons, and colours of pastel mint greens, peaches, pinks and guided golds. Very light and dainty objects. Well done! And please! Help save the planet by thrifting as much as you can. ❤️🇨🇦

Victorian and farmhouse are both traditional, nostalgic styles that use a lot of older materials and can totally mix well at Christmas. I hope she knows she can do them together in her home and thing'll look great. I notice, while making the pin Victorian-style ornament she seems to think she has to pick one.

Ooh I have to comment before the video is done or I'll forget what I wanted to say 😅 I think I will pick the little sleigh as my favorite project because I have the cutest wooden (really good quality) sleigh I bought at a church sale years ago. Never knew what to do with it, but it's so charming I couldn't throw it away. Well I know what to do with it now! How chaaarming that darling arrangement is! Also I love the stickers on the glass candles 🕯 because it reminds me of a school craft we made in elementary school. How lovely, they're all lovely!! 🎄🎄🎄

I went to a one room school, kindergarten thru 8th grade. No indoor running water, no indoor bathrooms. School burnt down in the 70's & was rebuilt with a modular with modern necessities & year after being replaced it was added on to. It still is a active school in the thumb of Michigan.

I live in a small village on a Greek island and we don't have dollar stores, thrift stores, craft stores, etc. so I'm going to have one helluva job making these .... but I am going to try my absolute best .... will let you know how it goes. They have scissor sharpeners at harbor freight, tractor supply i believe. My husband says 9 times out of 10 my scissors are just loose and need the screw tightened.
