I won that buggy in a raffle 😂. All you had to do to enter was buy a bulldozer. Thanks for your comment 👍. The fridge is expensive but I had a 20% discount code from eBay that made it a bit cheaper. I’m glad I bought it, it’s great for camping 👍.

The fuse on the 12v car socket has blown and now the cooler turns on but does not cool. It’s probably in short circuit protection mode but how can I reset it ?

Here is a link to the instruction manual if that is some help to you. media.makita.co.nz/_media/user-manuals/D/DCW180-UG.pdf

@@grazierguy thanks but the manual only says « The circuit has short circuit protection function in case of short circuit. In this situation, take the appliance to Makita Authorized or Factory Service Centers. »

Excuse me can i ask a question? How long it would run if i use 2 makita bateries of 6ah at 0 degrees? Thank you
@grazierguy Жыл бұрын
There’s a lot of factors that will affect the run time of the batteries like how hot it is outside, if the cooler is left in the sun or shade, how full it is, (more full is better) how often it’s being opened and if what you are putting in the cooler is frozen to start with. It takes a lot of battery life to actually cool the contents down but if everything is frozen to start with and it’s about 30 degrees Celsius outside I think you’d be looking at about a 10 hour runtime at 0 degrees with two 6 amp hour batteries. Thanks for your question 👍.

Does it keep frozen meals frozen?
@grazierguy10 ай бұрын
Yeah it does, you can have it down on minus 18 but then it chews through the batteries a lot faster.

Good looking fridge. What would the power draw be like if the stuff was already cold going in?
@grazierguy2 жыл бұрын
Once it gets down to temperature two 5 amp hour batteries can last up to 21 hours depending on the outside temperature. If it’s freezing outside I guess they can last forever 😅.

@Gabriel Boboc -HIATUS ON CAPCUT- no you can’t it only gets to 60 degrees Celsius and you need 180 degrees to make popcorn pop.

Too bad they came out with a bigger one that runs on 2 40v, or 4 18v batterys and is twice the size... probably twice the price though
@grazierguy Жыл бұрын
Yeah that one’s $1500 Australian. I think it’s too big though. Empty it weighs 20kg and full it weighs 70kgs. Too heavy to lift out into the back of the buggy 😂😂😂
