Came across your vid searching for an answer to my Makita XDT14z not powering on after I dropped it. I have no power, no trigger lights, no battery indicator lights, etc. Tried multiple fully charged batteries. Any thoughts you can suggest?

Opener it up and look inside. Check if the soldering between the battery contacts broke. It sounds like a connection broke.
