【マクドナルド TVCM】ハッピーセット冒頭のドナルドまとめ（2004～2007）【Waifu2x - 720p60fps】（1/2）

Even though I only managed to upscale 49 of them, there are 5 of them remaining in the second file from "NicoNico". I'll try my best to upscale the rest so I can rotoscope all of them in BB or GB.
Progress on how I upscaled them:
I was planning to rotoscope them as you've seen in my first video, but I wanted to upscale it to 720p60fps but I've already rotoscoped them, so I had to scrap the original plan.
The programs I used are "Sony VEGAS Pro 19.0", "Waifu2x Snowshell", and "Flowframes".
Basically what I did is just render the entire video to image sequence at 30fps, then I organize it into separate folders. And then I use Waifu2x to upscale it, then I gathered them all and edit them in VEGAS Pro. After I rendered it I used Flowframes to interpolate it.

49枚しかアップスケールできなかったのに、「ニコニコ」の2枚目のファイルには5枚残っているんですよ。BBかGBで全部ロトスコープできるように、残りのアップスケールもがんばります。
アップスケールの方法についての進捗状況です：
最初の動画で見ていただいたように、ロトスコープをかける予定でしたが、720p60fpsにアップスケーリングしたかったのですが、すでにロトスコープをかけてしまったので、当初の予定が崩れてしまいました。
使用したプログラムは「MAGIX VEGAS Pro 19.0」、「Waifu2x Snowshell」、そして「Flowframes」です。
基本的には、30fpsの動画から画像へのシーケンスをすべてレンダリングし、それを別々のフォルダに整理しています。そして、Waifu2xを使ってアップスケールし、それらをすべて集めてVEGAS Proで編集しました。レンダリングした後は、Flowframesを使って補間しています。
