The butter should be collected by churning curd… not the cream of of the milk… ghee is healthy only when made out of butter by churning curd.. the fermentation of curd and then extract butter.. this is authentic ayurvedic way of preparing ghee which is beneficial for health

I follow the same steps to take out ghee but I add one Haldi patta at the end which gives it lovely colour and aroma.😊I make bhurjee of the Chenna will try this kalakand next time.👍🏼
