i think what you did was wrong the other person you took might with you might be lying too and beacuse you didnt saw that accident happening you cant come to any conclusion it could be bus fault as it might be like bus was over taking which would have came to the cars side and because there was no space that car couldnt slow it down cause the case was of midnight 12 when usually bus driver drive dangerously and just because they were young people were getting them wrong just cause theyre young that doesnt mean they would rash drive. and if you would say about the scooty guy you took him with police station might be lying as you could see he came after 20 min approx which again justifies that what hes saying made no sense as its just not possible that you approach the car which has been in accident 20 min late where was scooty guy 20km behind that took him 20 to get to the crime scene its just foolish. and i think you shouldnt have informed police as it was there decision to call police cause what cops do these days is nothing but the collect money from both the parties as you should have informed 112 as traffic cops do nothing in such cases. i just feel bad for todays generation as people only target them because of the sterotypes which people make these days that young people drive carelessly as it could be not true.
