Rabia you've put all the points really well. Two cents from my side: 1. Zareena was spared and didn't face the repercussions of her wrong doings (as you've already mentioned) and got the dove pendent which she wanted. The way her character ended was unfulfilled. 2. What about Maalik and his ongoing placebo treatment? Did he die, or did he get cured? 3. What was the significance of Hilal's tapestry? 4. If happy birthyday couldn't protect Mala's life then why it was mentioned repeatedly? 5. Why Moeed wasn't there at Mala's funeral? 5. Last but not the least, WHERE IS HEALING? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO HEAL KNOWING THAT THE CHARACTER WHO SUFFERED THE MOST WAS MUR*ERED AND DIDN'T GET THE SECOND CHANCE? Why so many loose ends?

Everyone moved on in life, mahi stopped fighting for the custody of badar, birbal ignored mala's suggestions in a second and that social media comment scene after mala death. We spent 3 years with mala and we know what she went through and that scene shows that people will judge your whole life in minutes without being a part of it. NO ONE CARES except the real ones. Like Mahir.....

Uff Rabia i can relate with you so much. The way maala was so soothing and so relatable for me end me wo umeed hi cheen li nemrah ahmed. The last epeisode just dissapointed us, atleast i wanted an ending wich would have been justified. I don't understand how the story after maala's death would progress, he will live alone, such a trauma honestly. You are right ''har mushkil k sath asani hoti hai'' but nemrah ahmed ne wo umeed jo unho ne khud di thi wo cheen li. We cannot change the words but jahan maala was my favourite novel and still holds a precious place in my heart, wahin maala ki death ne bus wo cherry on top mujhsele liya.

If these sounds are linked to her death, how does Asif know Mala will die in a bakery, especially when she says, “Nobody knows the future except Allah”? 2- What is the meaning of the "halal tapestry"? 3- Is Malik Fareed cured? I totally agree.. Even before the episode came i knew there would be no happy ending. I was sure Mala would say i am not ready yet maybe someday you know like Alif ended. There scenes were so beautifully written but all the characters were so out of their own zone, Like, Mahi why did she oppose on Mahir when he proposed? but we got a beautiful scene out of it. Mahir and Mala deserved some peace finally.. but.. I hated it that birble didn't change. People change when they loose someone. i didn't like how she ended it. it was rushed.. I didn't feel anything when Mala died.. When Umar Jahangir from Amarbail died i cried for days.. i still feel that pain i felt that day when i read that day.. but for Mala i felt bad that it was not at all needed when i was reading it. I did not like the last episode. so many loopholes.

NA has been loved by her readers for always giving us something meaningful from her books but unfortunately this book felt like a waste of our energies & time, because what hope & message do we get here by killing Mala? That ultimately your ex will come & kill you if you take a second chance at life after suffering your entire life? Why was a strong & beautiful character like Mahir’s shown as the one in regret & his purpose in life was to take care of Mala’s kid?? Where is the logic jn all this? Nobody talking about that Ziyad kidnapped Badar and took him to Turkey. So that Maala come to Turkey and be there with Mahir . Even though he didn’t wanted that to happen. Maala was in Canada so far from Mahir . Then why would Ziyad do that . This makes no sense .

It is least expected ending Ending should be satisfied atleast I would be fine if they didn't get married or be just friends or in contact with eachother and Mala could raise his son as a single independent mother My heart break at the scene of Badar atleast he didn't deserve this The novel was superb until the episode 20.. I think Mala's death was unnecessary. There were many loopholes. Maalik is so influential and wanted to kill ziyad. Still he had no men following him. Everybody could find ziyad. Even zaarina found him but Maalik's men didn't know he met zara or he was hiding in the bakery. You are right Rabia trauma should have been normalized. I understand it is the writers choice but sorry, I am not convinced and that is Nemrah's failure

As always a very balanced review. As a reader I am very sad to see Malala die but I have a question for you Rabi, what do you think should be the ending? Realistically this is what happens to most women in toxic relationships and as Ziyad was a serial killer, I did not expect any better. The only ending I can think of is that Malala after the accident could have been in coma and then get better after a few years. I couldn't think of Mahir KILLING Ziad or Ziad leaving them alone. We really need a second part Rabia of this video.

Even before the last ep came i had that somewhere in mind that there are many many chances of mala dying , 2,3 hints were already given in previous some eps ... The only problem i felt while reading the last ep was that the ep felt like it's not even written by Nemrah , or maybe like she just wanted to finish it ... Killing the character was ok if it was in someother way , i read someone's cmnt that if Nemrah wanted to show about femicide by killing Mala then she shouldve done it in the container episode why drag it such long? Yes they deserved a life together after all that and yes writers should keep in mind that readers have connections with characters while reading and they also want healing through these stories and happy endings . Thank you, Rabia, for such a nice review. After reading this last episode, this was all I wanted to say-and what else I wanted to say is that Mala! It was a different story with connecting characters, and everything was wonderful. Until the last episode, pages 260-270 And then suddenly it felt like Nemrah Ahmad had handed over the writing to someone else. To some clumsy person. And everything got weird. "Weird" The story was about healing and in the last 40-50 pages, the story took a different path, from healing to another trauma. We saw an unnecessary death, nothing felt logical. Nothing connected us to the story, everything became numb. Even the death scene was numb. Nothing could connect us to this ending. And the way the story ended was also weird. What happened to Zara, who was part of the murder? She was sitting comfortably at the end getting her eyes changed. How did Aaliyaan happily move his business to Pakistan? What happened to Badar. There was no reaction from Mahir, where did Mala's brother go? Mala's death didn't seem to be part of the story at all, it all seemed like a lie and a deception, the story was as perfect as it was, the ending was as bad. The ending of the story couldn't have been Mala's death. It felt like she was killed by force. I was disappointed after reading the ending.

Every body on the internet is saying that nemrah didnot write this episode but i think that nemrah did write it bcz the episode was very beautiful and meaningful but she was out of her mind while writing the ending Nemrah is an entrepreneur a business women and she made business out of mala and she succeeded guys she must be so happy that everyone is talking about the ending bcz thats what she wanted. she did not care about what her readers want she just want her readers to buy her friends oil, her sisters baking classes, therapy sessions and what not.
