The believer can prosper but we are called to a life of abundance in the Holy Spirit within drawing us near and guiding us in a life filled with being givers. Of time, money, food...whatever we have that others do not...sharing the love of God and as the old hymn says, when the things of earth become strangely dim. I don’t know how someone like Joel Osteen can claim fealty to Yahweh and his personal fortune was $40 million last time I looked. In God we trust? Sounds more like in greenbacks we trust. So many deceivers and deceived needing our prayers
