Put chicken in portion sizes and freezer bags into freezer, only leave out what u need. And you dont need so much shopping as student, always keep basics like bread, milk, eggs, and only top up what is needed, as food expires very quickly. my routine: breaksfast - cereal , milk , toast. lunch- at uni...campus, or fruit, yogurt, lays , juice. Dinner .. noodles, sandwiches, depends on time i have.. before sleep. simple easy and saves money😊
