Lose weight: Intermittent fasting: 12-8: eat 8-12: FAST Breakfast: Warm Lemon water in the morning Lunch- skip lunch or have fruit or half a roti with any salan Dinner: a date/ green tea/ BBQ or one kebab Workout: Include 12-3-30 12 incline, 3 speed, 30 minutes Completely omit pizza, burger, fries or oily food from your diet. No seeet things at all If you’re eating rice, skip roti and vice versa Go up and down the stairs if you have stairs at home or to outside and walk if you dont want to go to the gym or own a treadmill Watch workouts on KZbin if you can’t do stairs or walk Can have a cheat day if you’d like

I start intermittent fasting nearly 2 months a go and lost 7 kgs it's very beneficial eats lots and lots of salad and take low carb diet I do 10000 steps a day aswell it's make a huge difference love from Scotland x

Hi guys, please hear me out. I'm a freshman med student and I'm currently doing my own research on pcos because I've seen so many girls struggling with the same, I didn'tknow what it was until recently some girl I met told me she had the same. Insha'Allah I'll definitely be able to get the best of my research, I'm just getting started, at this point I would say don't take any medications if you have pcos(especially overweight), the symptoms in general are same, apple cider vinegar is magical(I've collected some data and analysed), losing weight helps ~75%, abdomen muscle exercises before your period date also help, the meds have too many side effects when mostly they're not even needed.
