Whoever decided combo blitz can't be interrupted and does half health was absolutely insane. I have had a man charge into my attack with combo blitz and half my health from it Add on to how fast Kamehameha comes out as a ranged guard break and how psycho crash that is comically easily to hit leads right into combo blitz and cell can EASILY get into a position where you will be combo blitzed

@@escanorkingeboss6841 the entire process of fighting cell is seeing yourself get hit once, inhaling, and going "yep that leads into combo blitz, goodbye this half of my healthbar" Cell players are extremely predictable but you know what? It doesn't really matter. They just win neutral! Are you holding block? You can't dodge the kamehameha now and get combo blitzed. You attack first? Hope you don't miss because if you do either cell is going to psycho crash you into a combo blitz or just power through your attack with combo blitz. You don't attack and don't hold shield, better be fast enough to block the raw combo blitz because it can be used while approaching. On top of that Cell has an anti-projectile guardbreak energy shield which while it is by far his least useful attack does mean he has a defensive tool on top of this great offense He just wasn't programmed with a weakness. At least Kisame needs mode to fundamentally break the game and Ogun needs to get off his lackluster guard breaks to combo extend you into the next dimension, but with Cell you are able to kill someone while being allergic to m1s out the gate

I think making combo blitz 360 degree blockable would be a good chance bc it would make cell can’t combo psycho crash into it anymore which would make cell can’t throw it in neutral and actually land m1

Cell has the most free base moveset Kisame has a mode which is fundamentally broken and for some reason allows mode regain The devs went from disrespectful to devious after seeing how people reacted to Jotaro Rework

Bruh they could nerf his base by making the startup for his 4 an entire second longer and add an entire second of endlag to it + half the damage on his 1 and he'd still be a usable character. Cell right now is almost like Pain on release but with a worse awakening, only difference goes to how easy it was to start a combo with Pain.
