The correct spelling is sub judice ("under adjudication" in Latin). I think the matter is indeed sub judice until the High Court makes a decision. I am sure Rigathi's lawyers will raise that point in the parliamentary hearing and it will fall upon speaker Moses Wetangula - a senior lawyer - to make a ruling on whether the matter is sub judice. I am sure he will find a way to circumvent the sub judice objection to enable the impeachment to proceed to its logical conclusion.
