Malala, one of the bravest altruistic individuals. We need a stronger emphasis on education for ALL children. More funding for aid to help children and families with medicines, and funding for children's education. Education must be recognized as a human right that all children are entitled to. Education is one of the keys to eliminate extreme poverty. A child here in the United States who is deprived of education is just as tragic as a child in Pakistan or the Congo who is deprived of education. Less spending on military, more spending on aid for schools and education. I hope the next US president listens to what Malala says.

I written 2 books about Malala. Your help to more then a billion children suffering for education. Truly, if you weren't alive, More than billions of people will never get a chance to get education. Some kids Haven't even learned the ABC's. Malala also supported womens right, isn't that awsome?! Oh and i saw a hate comment on a other video about Malala. WE NEED TO CHANGE THEIR BRAINS. Every child should have education. ^~^ Keep on going MALALA

Malala Yousafzai is a brave, intelligent, honest, selfless, kind girl with golden heart , she has courage and ability to fight against injustice a girl with a heroic qualities but unfortunately she is not Punjabi. Pakistan is managed by Punjabi people, they don’t allowed to non-Punjabi be respected or get power in Pakistan.

Kids all over the world suffer badly. Like part of India,Pakistan,Afghanstain, Africa, and China, most kids were forced to stay home, or work in the fields. this is horrible. my own father and mother didnt have enough money to attend college. And thats not fair. By a Chinese American girl ^~^

Malala, you said on the 12th of July, your 18th birthday, you will stop being a child and become an adult. I don't believe that is so. The transition is gradual. In some ways you have already started doing adult things and some childish things you will take beyond your birthday. Being an adult doesn't mean you must stop having fun but with a sense of responsibility. I think there was a story of Socrates who was found playing marbles and was asked why a great philosopher such as he was playing a children's game. He replied, "The mind is like the string of a bow, if you don't relax it from time to time it will snap." This is an assumption and apologies if I'm wrong but I think that being an adopted Brummie you enjoy the freedom of being able to go out on your own. That is without your father or one of your brothers having to accompany you as would be the case in Pakistan. How do you, by that I mean governments, persuade those who cherry-pick from Islam and vehemently, violently and murderously oppose the right to education. Having got the children into school, how are they to be taught? What are they to be taught? Do you want them sat on a classroom floor rocking back and forth reciting the Qu'Ran over and over and nothing else? Should they have a choice of secular or religious education or a combination of both? Should they be victimised for their choice?

William Jackson Malala was being educated in physics, mathematics, English language etc. An academic education to be sure which was continued in Birmingham. Let us wait and see what Governments decide -again -as to how education will be meted out. No government will permit an education in total logic.

mysticmeg111 Thank you for your reply. You used the past tense ... was being educated in ...which was continued in Birmingham. As she is still a student there should it not have been .. is being educated in... and is continued in Birmingham? Unless you meant those were the subjects she was studying in Pakistan. I think she continues to study them here. Best wishes to her.
