@@Jo-qp6mw I saw these 3 films, my friend a malayali was seating next to be to translate the stuff I didn't understand. Why malayalam young heroes are not good at action. only mohanlal and mammootty are doing it but they are also old. In my language , we have allu arjun, ram charan as well as chiranjeevi . Also even these films are realistic , its not that level of mass or masala. I personally didn't like lucifer. I felt like mohanlal didn't have much expression and everything was kept simple. Also mammootty is not doing much, he's basically letting others do the job, there was no punch in that. No offence, I am just saying what I felt

I think Malayalam movies get inspiration from Taiwan,South Korean ,Thailand movies especially family ,friendship and romance related content. I have seen lots of similarities between this industry where acting,emotions and realistic connection and relatable charaters are always on the forefront rather than superstar,glamour etc.
