Three people - two constables and a Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) suspect - died in an attack at a police station in Johor early on May 17. Another policeman suffered injuries. It is learnt the man came to the Ulu Tiram police station at about 2.30am. A constable manning a counter was slashed and died on the spot, said sources. READ MORE: str.sg/yUkv

Condolonces to the families of 2 deceased police officers in their 20s - young, full of life and gone like that :( Instead of paying respect to the victims' family, most people use this incident to bring up the underlying stereotype that Johor Bahru is not safe, some with racial and ignorant undertones. Malaysian Police usually don't use body cams as most of them don't go around shooting people. Their usually approach is to speak to the people in front of them and get a bearing of what is happening. Very rarely does Police in Malaysia pulls out their weapons to shoot unless it is an extreme cases like mentioned above.
