As a Malaysian, I was shock Indian 3rd goal was disallowed.. It should be 4-3 instead of 4-2.. The ball crossed the line!! Sorry for the horrible pitch conditions.. The new grass had just been planted less than a month before the competition.. the Malaysia National stadium shouldn’t be used at least for another 1-2 months and other stadium should be chosen instead. The Football Association of Malaysia received heavy criticism from Malaysian football fans because it could potentially injuring Malaysian players too! Good game for the neutral, but if that goal went in and India equalized at 3-3, the game would have been very different. But that doesn't excuse our defensive performance today. Malaysia were absolutely dominating our midfield. Rohit Kumar is not up to the level. Jhingan and Anwar Ali is the only good centre back pairing I've seen so far. Also I'm pretty sure, based on all the matches under Stimac so far is that our best midfield 3 is Sahal, Jeakson and Thapa. Hope Stimac actually picks the best team we have for the Asian Cup and the World Cup qualifiers.

The only reason I can think of for the disallowed goal is that the goalkeeper fell down and blocked the view of the linesman. Come to think of it, in the absence of VAR or goal-line technology, this can certainly happen. If stadiums do not have the resources for these tech, then FIFA should atleast consider something on the lines of line judges that are there for sports like badminton or tennis. Its crazy to expect the linesman to be able to cover so much ground and be accurate although the game may depend on it.

The morality went down of the Indian team after the goal was not given even though it was a goal. Hence, morality is very important. Great battles in history was won by crushing the opponents morality. In this game the referees took Malaysian side. A bit unfair but a good game for both sides. Well done to both!

We have very good and effective wings & striker but the problem is the connection of ball from defence to mid and mid to front is not exactly working 😢.. Most of the time midfielders only play back passes to defenders instead of forwarding to Wingers or Striker .. Doing this can only take out possession but not the scores 😢.. hope it will be better with time 🤞 ✨

Please bring stability on the game. Some cons: 1.Improper man marking 2.Can’t concentrate the whole 90 mins. 3.Don’t have the ability of passing through small gaps 4.Don’t have instant decision making 5.Lack of confidence which also reflects lack of trust between players. 6.Don’t have bit of knowledge of basic physics like how to lob the ball how to kick the ball into the nets or how to curl the ball into the net with proper finishing 7.Less number of forwards inside the D box when ball comes from the wings. 8.Less individual ball time. 9.No quick feet’s 10. And last typical Indian mindset which have the habit of easily losing cool on the game which costs us in defensive stages as best defenders should be super cool and intelligent which only sees the feet of the attackers rather than watching his body moves with the ball. This is my observation as a whole

Both the goals are amazing.Our defence was weak in first half and also we missed some chances in the second half , biased refeering or it could be a draw or a win for us . Go blue tigers we are with you 💙💙

@@deonisingh3189 teams from south east asia had improved a lot ... vietnam, thailand, malaysia & indonesia qualify to asia cup. thailand, malaysia & indonesia has lower fifa ranking ... but it won't be easy game against them. our china team draw at home 1-1 with malaysia last month. it would be embarrassing if we lost in front 60,000+ our home crowd.
