Where are the 9-inch PTV ?? KUL-BKK is a main regional route for Malaysia Airlines, I believe many passengers would expect to have an inflight entertainment offered for this 2-hour international flight. Is this aircraft leased or owned by MAB? Compared to Malindo's 737-800, I'm afraid this is not good enough for any National flag carrier.

nice video, i just dont understand why MAS is still using this non IFE equipped planes on international routes, they are not sensitive enough to competitions on the same route like Malindo and TG which are flying latest generation planes. To add insult is the mediocre catering, i dont see any bright future for this airline as it's still in limbo even after so many management's shake up

the most disappointing thing is that now they are wasting money to change the cabin crew uniform, which is already iconic and not the wise thing to do in their dire financial position, passengers dont choose to fly your airplane because of your cabin crew uniform, they are paying for service

Really miss Malaysia airlines in their business class and economy class! But I think that meal in this video is a bit miserable? MI have better meals for a short flight. Still, better than air France when they used to fly from Singapore to Jakarta then. Good report anyways!👍🏻👍🏻

yup i could not agree more with a few of your subscribers. This airline is doomed and even the current out going CEO who was specially chosen to make changes did not last very long and will be leaving the airline soon. Its sad to see the seat looking like an LCC. TG amd SQ on such regional sector as you have so experienced is so much better in terms of service and product although its kind of sad that TG has no more metal cutlery on their flights in economy too. My housemate has been flying with SQ for 22 years and he says there is one thing SQ excels is that despite competition....they will never compromise service standards even during tough times. What is amazing is that with the fall in oil prices airlines are making huge profits and yet has taken passengers for a ride.

The meal looks really bad. Nowadays Airasia is serving better food than MH on the short haul sector. If you get on a plane with the old configuration like this, no much difference between MH and Airasia and you may be better off on a Malindo for the KUL - Bangkok sector.

I agree with the comments posted.The meal service on mas ECOCONY IS bad. tHEY ALWAYS INCLUDE Nasi Lemak as a choice I am Malaysian and I hate Nasi Lemak : little bit of peanuts, anchovies 1/2 a hard boiled egg, sambal 3 slices cucumber and a bit of curry!!!!! Inedible and uncivilised

Everyone is commenting about the poor service provided by MH, which I agree could be better, but however good enough to meet acceptable standards, especially for an airline with relatively cheap tickets. But this is MH, and comparing this airline to another should only be on the internet when you are booking a ticket. I understand that other airlines have better features etc but mh is fine the way it is and there is no need for such heavy cristicism. 'Could have improved' is a better response than 'it was sh*t'.

Maria Masang They have Personal IFE's on the 737 before. I think they transferred the IFE's on other aircrafts
