Sitara not sure if you will read this but don’t open the tea bags. Just add them in hot water and cook it. Also, you can buy eggs for breakfast and eat with bread. You can buy potatoes and just use the spices you bought to make some veggies. Also, talk to local desi they might able to help you. Also, sleep early and wake up early to start day. This way you will be able to enjoy the outdoors 😊
