1) You can get the International driving licence from Pakistan and use it. Pakistan Embassy in Malaysia will give you a permission letter for that. 2) Triple face socket is used in Malaysia 3) Yes, prescription glasses are expensive better get them from Pakistan 4) Stationary is not really expensive.
