The competition is called Anugerah Juara Lagu..They are singers who has a massive hit single and fight against all the song across Malaysia.. This competition is to give appreciation to composers and lyricts who make beautiful songs.. The show itself means 'Champion Song Award' or Anugerah Juara Lagu in Malay. The Singer herself, Dayang Nurfaizah is one of Malaysian. Best Vocalist after Siti Nurhaliza.Dayang had won the title of 'Song Of The Year' in this competition and the Best Vocal ( three years in a row)😁😘

Hi lady commentator, I'm from Malaysia. To answer your question, well this isnt merely a reality show; it's actually a massive Singing Competition called Anugerah (Award) Juara (Champion) Lagu (Songs) to crown the champion song of the previous year, in this case 2016 but the show itself was held & telecasted live on Jan 22nd 2017. Most of the contestants are succesful & established singers and chart-toppers. This singer here - Dayang Nurfaizah is her name, won the best song and the best vocalist.

Wow ...... Itulah Dayang Nurfaizah ! Dia memiliki kelebihan 'mengeksplotasi' vokalnya ke segenap nota yg dia boleh capai. Bila buat persembahan live (terutama di AJL), kehebatan Dayang ialah dia tidak buat persembahan lagu tsb sama spt dlm official MV atau recording album. Dia bijak buat kelainan. Saya perasan ada artis di AJL membuat cara yg sama dgn Dayang utk eksplore vokal mrk (mungkin nak merebut vokal terbaik. Ia suatu perkembangan bagus)dan itu mmbuktikan Dayang mjd spt trensetter di AJL. Ini juga membawa dimensi baru dan proses improvisasi kpd artis2 lain. Syabas Dayang ! And Thank You AJL !
