hahahaha but you dont just simply change central AC you know. One of the reason why people dont hide the vents in office for example. it's very tedious thing to do and people dont just sell the plastic parts, just like you dont just buy the conventional AC body cover only hahaha. I guess the owner is old guy, if its not broke dont replace. like my father also panasonic AC 20 years still use lanjiaoo electric bill so high

The layout is nice BUT a bit old fashion, too white. Dont really like the amount of tables n chairs...feels like a goverment building. Some parts are good especially the outside living space...the rest just ok. And too spacious. It dont feel cosy.
