Meaning in order to present a open and transperence management the owners would have to formed JMB comprising of elected owners' rep, with an executive chairman, treasury cms and salaried support staff and engage a certified property manager. Finally, a gated and guarded community of comprising of 10 wealthy (bungalows) owners will have to practically manage their owed property AND yet have to choked out an substantial fees!!!! 😅😅😅
