@stonecoldhitman7662 Sorry to burst anyone’s bubble, but I researched the alleged quote above and discovered it is not authentic but is a reconfigured, summarized paraphrase of Malcolm’s words from a speech given on Feb 3, 1965 at Tuskegee Institute (two weeks before his assassination), entitled, “Elijah is willing to sit and wait-I’m not.” ” Malcolm’s original quote is, “The press can take an image and make a criminal look like the victim, the victim look like a criminal, and end up with the criminal putting the victim in jail. [America is guilty of] image making through the press to justify anything they have in mind to do.” - (Tuskegee Campus Digest, Feb 13, 1965). The viral paraphrase summarizes the meaning of Malcolm’s words, expressing how the media can shape public opinion to suit a preset objective. However, paraphrasing is NOT an actual quote and cannot identify itself as one.

What Brother Malik actually said: Did the Zionists have the legal or moral right to invade Arab Palestine, uproot its Arab citizens from their homes and seize all Arab property for themselves just based on the "religious" claim that their forefathers lived there thousands of years ago? Only a thousand years ago the Moors lived in Spain. Would this give the Moors of today the legal and moral right to invade the Iberian Peninsula, drive out its Spanish citizens, and then set up a new Moroccan nation...where Spain used to be, as the European Zionists have done to our Arab brothers and sisters in Palestine?

I related to him because of how much he loved the written and spoken word, how much he loved books. He wasn't perfect but his journey and growth was. The people of Palestine allowed a radical organization to become the face of their struggles! did they ever rise up against them or ask for help in removing them no!!! unfortunately they gave them aid and comfort shelter and allowed them to become their representatives did they ever denounce them??? And now they’re are dealing with consequences for the actions of Hamas😢 sometimes to have peace we must go to war within ourselves and our own houses our own people!!! this was a horrible situation from the beginning but now it’s gotten worse and there is probably no resolution that won’t lead to another conflict in the future
