This is a very powerful message but needs studied time and again to 'get it'. Love Malcolm and his messages.

" Casting all my cares upon Him because He cares for me ..." Why , oh why do I still not get it ? It's true , God cares for me , yet believing at my gut level this truth and acting upon this truth by casting my 'box of cares' upon Him and trusting only He is strong and wise enough to know what to do with this 'anxiety box' is the challenge or fight of faith for me. And 'exaggeration' is a big part of the lie that feeds the anxiety/depression. My dad was the Prima Donna of 'drama queens' ... everything was blown out of proportion. Maybe that statement is an exaggeration ? I don't think by too much though . "Lord Jesus , heal me of these addictions towards exaggerated worries and playing god by not throwing them to You ...amen " As Malcolm said , it certainly does feel like an addiction ...holding onto depression and anxiety . 🇬🇧✝️🆓
