This looks like it would awesome to operate in fields but I'm not sure I fancy driving through villages or lanes with the length of swing on either end! That must get a bit "exciting" at times haha

Very true Hugh - a lot of the land is close to or on the A14/A140 in Suffolk - but yes, there are plenty of narrow lanes too!

Yes - it breaks up the larger clods, the main soil dressing is done at the rear before the seed is planted.

What's that metal structure above the drill on the rear? (I'm not referring to the seed distribution tower)

The silver cylinder is the seed hopper - the seed is filtered for dust before being fed out from the hopper. The white topped pole is the GPS receiver for the drill. The thing sticking out at the rear is the radar. That measures ground speed for calculating the seed rates.
