Great video, congrats! Looks like a nice place, but it looks like it has waaaay too many people for my taste. That is I feel like the place must have 500 rooms/bungalows...probably like 1500 guests at a time.

462 rooms to be exact, but i dont think all are filled at any given time. We did not experience crowd during our stay. You can have your privacy and mental peace. cheers!!

There can be occasional rainy days. We faced 1 rainy day, when it rained almost the entire day, other days were sunny to partial cloudy. We visited mid October.

U had a morning flight right , then why did it take so much time to reach hotel? It almost take 40 min in domestic flight I guess, then why it was evening till the time u reach ? I am asking becoz I m planning for sun resort

my flight was from Bangalore (10:55 AM IST) that reached Male at (3:45 pm Maldives time), and the next domestic flight to reach Mamigili was around 6:30PM, the domestic flight takes around 20-25 minutes so it was evening by the time we reached. You can definitely visit sun island resort, you wont regret it.
