I never saw a male belly dancer before this man. I love watching him. The isolation movements are so precise and perfect. You can see how hard he has worked to achieve this level of performance. This IS traditional style of belly dancing music, for women as well. There are various styles of music & women also dance to drum solos, with rhythmic hip movements that some might find "robotic" but are designed to showcase the talent & hypnotic movement (both smooth & sharper, intensely paced moves) of the dancer, as well as that of the musicians, including drummers.
