I think the tabby cat that has same color as the kittens and tried to scuff kittens away was their mother, not a male cat that tried to eat them. You scared the mother away. I can see the worried on her face when you chased her away. That’s probably the mother 😢

It appears to me that some of the adult cats they keep are not adopted out because they help with kittens. A queen to cuddle with is much better than a heating pad, and keeps them clean, too. Even a queen that can't nurse can help a lot!

Most probably you made a mistake. The cat you drove away, may be she was the mother. These were her first sets of babies. Look at her face she is also a kitten. That is why she was coming again and again to her babies. You misunderstood her.

Cat lady here that was Momma cat she was in the middle of moving kittens she may have others she's already moved. I'm a rescuer we always watch incase they have others around momma's move kittens sometime every few days to protect them . I just hope they're looked after not just for KZbin. They are interested in mama. If she is not nursing she will be up for breeding soon. I had a litter that was in the garage and the tom killed all 5 kittens when they were about a week old

We have many cats here..we feed them and care for them..,we also had some bears that lived here for awhile..until some horrible people got rid of them…! distroying such beautiful animals,, humans are destructive creatures always trying to hurt innocent animals under the guise of them being dangerous..!when it’s the human that is the dangerous animal…!

Those large kittens are old enough to weaned. If you really want the lactation cats to bond and feed the tiny kittens, then you have to make an effort to do so because it is heartbreaking to watch these tiny kittens that really need milk getting rejected so many times. It makes me sad 😢

I happen to know their mother cat sometimes eat their own in some cases. The best thing is still to nurse these kittens back to health in a safe environment since they can't fend for themselves outdoor. You can check for their mother another time. She is bound to return there and look for them if she is worried.. And you will know after you check her nipples.

I'm thankful for u taking the kittens off the street but the only time I seen them eat is when u fed them then u kept just putting them near other cats. And none of them were even laying like they wanted to feed them. And they can't put the big cat on its side so they could eat. U should have kept the bigger kittens out so they could eat cause they r at good size. The small ones need it. They need to be fed
