Yes, but the song, even without the translation, is noticably very sad and emotional. It's more of a respect sort of thing. His dance is showing emotions, not just physical lust or attraction, which is not only very rare, but shocking in general. Not many people can manage to pole dance with this much emotion. It's sort of like how when people sing songs that are sad, not that many people will clap after a solo, out of respect for the song/other singers.

Carmella Douse pole dancing for men is taboo in a country out of the states. In my country, pole dancer is not seen as art, it is seen as BDSM. The judge probably assumed he was apart of this. If he were scarf dancer, that would be different. The audience may also be too shy to applaud

This man is outstanding. Not only is it physically challenging to be able to pole dance, but he's managed to show emotion. Not many people understand that there is more to a pole dancer then just dancing. You need to be able to project emotions into your performance. There are the average pole dancers that dance to up beat songs, project sexual attraction, and show lust. Then there are the amazing pole dancers that are able to show more then desire for something, and can show emotions such as sadness and give a actual performance, not just a dance.

I think he does ballet work as well Usually People in an indursty where they have to use the entire body for what they work on turn into people like this...every physical trait is maxed to the point where you need the legs of some of fastest runners the arms of let's say a wrestler or mma fighter....Ballet Dancers do a lot to achieve a perfect body
