Mam, l am from kerala. Before 5 yrs my husband in wheekchair due to T6 level spinal cord injury.Last 1 yr he active in wheel chair basketball. He is 27yrs and l am 26yrs. Our marriage is done in 2019.so, 3 yrs completed. So, please share male fertility chances are in the T6 level SC injury.

What doesn't make sense to me is the parasymathetic nerves from sacral area are needed for an erection not ejaculation so why does PVS work for them? Also, does a rectal probe cause ejaculation without an errection?
