Some info for Ben to know just a little bit of NCT NCT as such is a group, but it's divided into subunits NCT127, NCT Dream and NCT U were the first subunits. Then it was WAYV, the chinese subunit, NCT DOJAEJUNG, which they all are parte of NCT 127, with just 3 members, and NCT WISH with the newest members Lucas and TaeIl were kicked out (I won't explain why) and Shotaro and SungChan were moved to RIIZE so right now I think there are 25 members and they debuted in 2016 so yeah that's basically it

First group after Stray kids is NCT, Ten from WayV and Johnny from 127 with Mark behind the camera. The one after Soobin is The Boys, my bias Eric and Kevin (the Canadian) booty. The princesses are WayV (NCT) members. With Eric Nam is Jacob from The Boyz. And Bobby from iKon… for that Kingdom thing… that’s just Eric… the Venom costume scene is NCT yet again. Mark is most recognized because he is in most of the subunits. My bias from The Boyz (Eric) landing on my bias wrecker from Stray Kids (Han)… cute. Hendery being over the stop with that chicken and Ten with the OMG moment in those princess costumes… and yes, I know all the NCT members by face and names, still get a little confused with the newest group (Wish) some times but I know them too, only been an NCT fan for nearly a year, and I think I LEARNED them pretty well, except for Kun and Jaehyun… for some reason kept getting them confused.

I am pretty sure all the ones where idols were dressed up in costumes are NCT. The princesses are WAYV (a subunit of NCT), and they dressed liked this because it was Winiwin’s (another member of WAYV) birthday wish. The ones with Mark are a few members of NCT (Doyoung, Johnny, Ten, Jaehyun, and Mark), and it's from ‘A Cup of Coffee’ (an NCT show). The ones dressed as characters from Twilight are Taeyong (dressed as Edward) and Jungwoo (dressed as Bella) (both in NCT and the subunit NCT 127 and NCT U), and it was for Halloween. The one with venom (Xiaojun) and the guy in a black suit with a face (Hendery) are WAYV (NCT members and Xiajun is also in NCT U), and it was also for Halloween. Basically, all you need to know is there are 25 NCT members and there are a bunch of subunits: NCT U, NCT 127, WAYV, NCT Dream, NCT DoJaeJung, and NCT WISH. (As of 2024) there are 4 former members (Sungchan and Shotaro who are now in RIIZE, Lucas who now has a solo career, and Taeil). Most of their content might have older members and probably won't have NCT WISH in it because they are the newest subunit and the newest members (as of February 2024). NCT is not looking to add more members, so you don’t have to worry about learning new members.

NCT context: NCT U is the "name" they use under songs that feature members from any subunit, they choose them based on who fits the concept of the song better. For example, a song may be credited to NCT U and include Johnny and Taeyong and another song by NCT U can include Yuta and Jungwoo. It depends on the vibe. NCT Dream is basically a maknae subunit, with the youngest members. NCT 127 is another subunit based in Seoul with different members in it (except for Mark who is in Dream too). NCT DoJaeJung is just Doyoung, Jaehyun and Jungwoo (from 127), they released an album together. Not a subunit per se but you get the idea. WayV is the chinese subunit (the princesses in the video lol), and NCT Wish is the newest one based in Japan. Shotaro and Sungchan (they were never included in any subunits, only appeared in some NCT U songs) were taken out of NCT and now are part of Riize, Lucas (ex WayV) isn't in NCT anymore and is now a soloist and ofc Jaeil (ex 127) was kicked out as we all know.

Let me clear a bit for you Ben... Leader of the whole group i.e NCT is TAEYONG who is currently serving in military. NCT units: NCT127 NCTdream NCTU WAYV NCTwish and DJJ. So basically nct127 has 8 members and nctdream has 7 members and MARK and HAECHAN are one of those 7 members and they are also the members of NCT127. WAYV is a Chinese group and NCTWISH is the new unit they just debuted this year. And talking about NCTU in this all members are shuffled from every other unit of NCT and they release music together. Nothing is complicated it's just that MARK and HAECHAN are in two units NCT127 and NCTdream. Talking about DJJ i.e DOJAEJUNG they are the three vocalist from NCT127 DOYOUNG JAEHYUN and JUNGWOO. I hope you got a bit. And total members are 25 8 Members from NCT127. 7 members from NCTdream (MARK and HAECHAN are in two units NCT127 and NCTdream) and 6 from WAYV and 6 from NCTwish. This is the latest profile of NCT. And if you are still confuse then I prefer you to react to them one by one first NCT127, then NCTdream, then WAYV then NCTwish. Don't go for guide videos you may get more confuse instead react to each unit one by one.

When it comes to fun content among the units: I highly recommend NCT Dream for 7 basically married besties that are always fighting and never not yapping. They would use Rock, paper, scissors to make life or death decisions if they could. WayV is great for absolute chaos that probably leaves the editors wondering if they should sensor some things or not lol and the translators probably have a stroke since WayV refuses to stick to one language in a single conversation (They can and will speak Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese and English together and some members also speak Thai, German and a some Japanese) NCT Wish is still new, young and innocent so they are just cute to watch, not too much chaos yet but with Neo in their blood they'll be unhinged soon. NCT 127 is going THROUGH it rn but great if you want to hear things like Jaehyun laugh at his own dad jokes, Doyoung being bullied by everyone and Yuta's undying love for fellow member Mark Lee. Something else I'd add to the list is BM (from KARD's) Big Tiddie Gang. BM stands for Big Matthew. In a live, BM was talking about his workouts and a fan asked what he liked to work out the most. He said either his back or his chest "cause a man’s gotta keep his titties big." The whole Big Tiddie guy thing went viral. He became more known for that than for being BM of KARD.
