Im not a model, but i did (hair styling, eat better food for better shape, mix-match my shirt+pant+watch+shoe, use facial soap, shave my beard, workout and do sport, brush my teeth, take care my pet, drink coffee for relaxing etc2x, and most important is spend my time with my family and friend).

Lean grass fed meats, wild fish, organic green veg, raw butter etc Problem is far too many people eat bad meats, bad dairy and processed sugary foods and then they wonder why they have bad skin. You never saw young people back in the 50s/60s with pimples/acne because they ate much better.
