If CMS plant is taken as female plant then the female plant is sterile or fertile?

It's male part is non functional but female part is normal

@@RahulDas-ej9hc who said it is normal. The bisexual plant whose Male part is sterile and female part is normal. Then because of cytoplasmic male sterile gene transmitted in the progeny hence progeny is male sterile

The cytoplasm is transferred to offspring form the female not from the male. Then how it is possible?
