I think Malekith will be a niche Super Giant style card. I could see playing him on Wong for 2 pulls and maybe hitting Iron Heart and Sage or Surfer on turn 5 or 6.

What about Malekith in a Dracula Drop deck? The point of the low cost in those decks is to make sure your hand size is small. However, putting another 4-cost in that deck does make it harder to empty your hand.

@ChimChim_13_ I have never run Scorn in Dracula Drop. The idea with Dracula drop is to have lots of powerful low cost cards, and a few big cards like Infinaut. If you can keep your deck cheap enough to empty your hand before the final turn, you can guarantee your Dracula hits something good.

Based on the devs’ hesitation to answer whether you can check which card Malekith pulls, I’m leaning toward the answer being NO. If it were possible, they probably wouldn’t be so reluctant to confirm it.😂😂 As for synergies, I think Malekith has some potential to work with Pixie. Since Malekith pulls a card based on its original cost, using Pixie first means he can filter out a low-cost card from your deck. That way, you’re more likely to draw a high-cost card on T5/6 that benefits from Pixie’s effect.

I think he's a very interesting card but being a four cost I feel like he won't be useful in a ton of decks. The problem is that half of the deck will be in the hand or Field. I'm not sure how many 1,2 or 3 cost cards will be in the deck. I feel like he might be good in surfer or maybe arishem. I find him to be a easy skip for me.

Yeah it's pretty tough card to rate, i think it will be pretty good, not as good as Anti-Venom, but definitely better than Frigga, but i mean pretty much every card ever released is better than Frigga, yes even hulkling, kang, or phastos is better.
